    How to Use EquisyncĮquisync comes with 3 programs, Equisync 1 to 3, with each program having 2 CDs, A and B. Equisync has deep meditation wave frequencies which your brain will try to copy and get you to the depths of meditation, which saves you the time (months, and at times years) you’d have spent to get there. When you listen to the music mixed with these waves, your brain tries to copy the wave frequencies in the music, thus getting you in the mind state the music was meant for. This program uses theta waves which report good results with meditation. The most common waves are theta waves, alpha waves, beta waves and delta waves. In the same way, if you want to meditate, you will get waves that will help you shut down your body and make your mind alert and spirit awake. So you will get waves that start out high and slowly decrease to help shut your system down. This means, if you want to sleep, you need relaxing waves that take you right away to sleep.
